No, but upon closer inspection the right one is probably a more faded version of the left one.
The middle is certainly different.
But they seem to do this in other colors, where they have two slightly different versions.

Reporting absolute numbers is fine but I really prefer precent changes.
Per this article it looks like child poverty grew 3% in one year.
It looks like the UK population grew by roughly 0.3% in the same time.
So child poverty grew nearly 10x faster than population. That seems like a dramatic change.

That really is an impressive accomplishment. Yeah learning more EE seams like a great reason. Aviation radios have all sorts of clever tricks to get a longer antenna. Some WWII era planes would trail their antennas behind the aircraft.
