You literally said to fund places of worship. I didn’t realise that was a Muslim exclusive term.
Look at the amount of funding that goes to political parties coming from Isreal not just in the Uk but globally. How was this cash injection affected policy? I’d argue looking at the UK and US that the effect is huge. If it wasn’t a thing there wouldn’t have been a debate about it in parliament last month.
If even you can admit they’re not doing enough to support a faith who have been the target of hate crimes since the early 2000s you can’t really be defensive when someone calls you out on the funding discrepancy.
- Comment on UK allocates £250m for policing in Jewish communities 2 weeks ago:
So this money is shared between faith groups? People of Jewish faith get £250mil for themselves and I imagine more over the next few years.
They do indeed sound like the ‘special’ minority. Maybe it’s all the government lobbying (meddling) Isreal does to get them special treatment.
You can’t ignore the fact Muslims always have especially more recently been at the receiving end of a lot of unjustified hate. Where is their additional hundreds of millions in funding?

The government’s green paper includes proposals to safeguard the biggest sporting events in the digital age, by ensuring streaming and catch-up rights to some of the world’s biggest fixtures – such as the World Cup, Olympics and Wimbledon – cannot be put behind a paywall.
It’s already behind a paywall. It’s called a TV license

I don’t even think it’s technically true. The BIMA penned a letter to politicians late last year raising the issue of a rise in Islamophobia in the medical field and nothing has come of it (britishima.org/bima-writes-to-government-and-nhs-…). Racists still target Muslims on a daily basis. Wes streeting is known to be funded by the labour friends of Isreal lobbying group. It’s not hard to see why he’s so concerned about antisemitism and not the religious group that have been targeted for years.
The only reason antisemitism is on the rise is because of the action of Isreal.
- Comment on NHS to curb political symbols on uniforms after antisemitism report 1 month ago:
So regular levels of discrimination are fine and don’t deserve to be investigated? Racism and Islamophobia are all good but antisemitism is where they draw the line?
- Comment on NHS to curb political symbols on uniforms after antisemitism report 1 month ago:
Jewish staff are the only religious group in the NHS workforce who report that they are experiencing growing discrimination by colleagues, the latest staff survey found. Some have been so distressed by their experience that they are considering quitting the service.
Doubt…

Good luck policing this like they’re policing the porn ban. Waste of time and money that could be spent elsewhere. It’s fully legal for me to give one to my step mum in real life but got forbid I see a fictional scenario depicting someone giving one to their step mum.
