- Comment on Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered - Announce Trailer | PS5 & PC Games 3 days ago:
PS5 has been the generation of PS4 remasters/remakes. PS5 might as well be the PS4 Pro Pro and the PS5 Pro the PS4 Pro Pro Pro.
- Comment on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is a Russian game by Saber Interactive. Should gamers care if they care about Ukraine? 6 days ago:
State of Fifa and NBA games is depressing. Even the annual release for roster updates wasn’t something I liked, but it being full on freemium casino at annual full price is why I stopped getting sports games years ago. Left too bad a taste to get ripped off like that.
- Comment on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is a Russian game by Saber Interactive. Should gamers care if they care about Ukraine? 1 week ago:
I think it’s better to just admit someone doesn’t care and they want to consume than trying to creating some moral loopholes for why it is excusable for a product they really want.
It’s like piracy. Some try so hard to morally justify it. Others just admit I want it for free. In the end we just want to consume. I sure do. I want my product.

If someone is conflicted then best is to wait for a steep sale, bundle, or giveaway so it’s a decreased cut. Either way it’s a win win for the wallet and I don’t most people have trouble finding time to finish games and a backlog that keeps growing than having no games to play.
- Comment on God of War Ragnarök - PC Launch Trailer 1 week ago:
I hope some mods come out that allows it to be skippable for single player games.
- Comment on What are the scariest games you've played? 1 week ago:
Dead Space scared me so much it made me numb to lot of horror games since.
- Comment on PlayStation 6 Priced At $700 Like PS5 Pro? It’s Looking Likely 1 week ago:
If they do that and Xbox aren’t idiots and take advantage of the high PS6 pricing that could lead to another PS3 early gen fiasco that takes years into the generation to catch up.
- Comment on After 350,000 signatures in an EU consumer rights campaign, Ubisoft is adding offline modes to The Crew games - but not the now-dead original 2 weeks ago:
Yeah been keeping eye on it and they’ve been making good progress with some of the story being playable already.
- Comment on After 350,000 signatures in an EU consumer rights campaign, Ubisoft is adding offline modes to The Crew games - but not the now-dead original 2 weeks ago:
I want Crew 1 offline more than the others because it has an actual single player campaign.
- Comment on 75% of all PS5 owners prefer Performance Mode according to PlayStation 2 weeks ago:
Not like console gamers were ever given a choice, but PC gamers kept wanting PC ports for more frames over the 30 fps standard. Graphics were already good during the PS4/360 era and PS5 is still crutching so hard on PS4 games during their PS5 pro showcasing. Now console users wanting the same after finally getting the option over a decade later I think shows they aren’t too different from PC gamers in loving frames.
- Comment on Sony Increases PS5 Controller Prices in US, Europe, and More 2 weeks ago:
I considered getting a dualsense before for pcgaming, but the stick issues pushed me away when other alternatives have hall effect sticks and grip buttons without paying the price of the dualsense edge.
- Comment on Heaven 17 claims it turned down GTA 6 soundtrack offer over pay offer: ‘Go f*** yourself’ [VGC] 2 weeks ago:
Yeah has happened to Alan Wake several times. Now they decided to just remove the song to hopefully not have to be delisted again.
- Comment on Heaven 17 claims it turned down GTA 6 soundtrack offer over pay offer: ‘Go f*** yourself’ [VGC] 2 weeks ago:
I’m glad Rockstar is taking the route of trying to only get songs that they won’t have to remove down the line. Should be the move forward for all games. Wish same would happen for racing games too. Would rather have knock off brands over delistings.
- Comment on Heaven 17 claims it turned down GTA 6 soundtrack offer over pay offer: ‘Go f*** yourself’ [VGC] 2 weeks ago:
I’m tired of games getting songs removed, so I am actually glad Rockstar and hopefully others are going the route of trying to only get songs that won’t end up having to be removed down the line. Not cool getting an update getting a song removed.
- Comment on Can you trust Valve? Honest criticism of Steam. 3 weeks ago:
It’s also that they put out a product I actually find value from like Linux support, Steam Input, forums, workshop, etc. I enjoy using Steam because I find it to be a good experience.
It’s like reasons people prefer Android or Apple even if they share the same apps. Really can’t discount the experience simple things like navigation and social features do to add value.
- Comment on Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford says his hopes on Epic Store were 'overly optimistic or misplaced' 3 weeks ago:
In a way it like trying to enter the smartphone market and paying for app exclusives then ignoring the part about polishing the OS experience as much as possible and putting out something that is from the flip phone era.
- Comment on Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford says his hopes on Epic Store were 'overly optimistic or misplaced' 3 weeks ago:
Epic store not being profitable and despite the backing of Fortnite and Unreal Engine surplas being at the state that it is shows that it is probably much more expensive than expected to make a feature rich launcher. What epic has is more a glorified storefront like humble bundle or Fanatical but worse because it isn’t even selling keys for the platform of your choice, and they have to handle server costs of storing all the games too.

Sorry I don’t remember usernames. All these comments just got mixed up with the rest playing up that angle.
- Comment on Remedy and Annapurna announce a strategic cooperation agreement on Control 2 4 weeks ago:
You still haven’t given a reason why to actually use epic despite your attempts to paint a billion dollar company as though it is some altruistic startup. If product isn’t good why should I go out of my way to pay for a worse one from another billionaire. If it is all billionaires I’m going to just pick the better product.
- Comment on TikTok must face U.S. lawsuit over the platform's viral “blackout challenge” that several parents blame for their children’s deaths, an appeals court ruled 4 weeks ago:
I know how capitalism works… I was just sharing my thoughts on the situation of a company knowingly adjusting the algorithm in a positive direction for one demographic but a negative for another showing a clear awareness of impact. Not sure why you are so worked up about tiktok getting criticized too. Whatever.
- Comment on TikTok must face U.S. lawsuit over the platform's viral “blackout challenge” that several parents blame for their children’s deaths, an appeals court ruled 4 weeks ago:
Uhhh… I don’t think you got my point for why I also included Facebook and Twitter at the end as examples of domestic companies also willingly allowing harmful societal trends.
Money being a reason doesn’t absolve and provide a convient out and let companies do whatever they want without consequence or criticism. I put them all in the camp of willingly selling out a worse society for profit, and whether a country sees that as a win for them or not doesn’t change that.
- Comment on PS5 Pro announcement plans and console design have been leaked [VGC] 4 weeks ago:
Fat PS3 are still the best console design.
- Comment on TikTok must face U.S. lawsuit over the platform's viral “blackout challenge” that several parents blame for their children’s deaths, an appeals court ruled 4 weeks ago:
I remember reading that China’s version of tiktok more promotes stuff like sciences to kids. Then for everyone else they get degeneracy of stuff like stealing KIAs, licking grocery store items, and now black out challenges.
- Comment on Remedy and Annapurna announce a strategic cooperation agreement on Control 2 4 weeks ago:
Naive child thinks epic is offering a lower cut for altruistic reasons as opposed to it being the only method they could think of to try to convince devs to sell there. And that they wouldn’t jack up the rate once they corned the market given how their how strategy has been more reminiscent of Walmart approach of pricing lowering to gain market share. Biggest sign is that the store isn’t even profitable much like how lot of services these days aren’t profitable and burn money then jack up prices and offer less. Hell even Microsoft has offered low rates. Going to argue Microsoft is nice too now? Not falling for it Randy.

All people have to do is keep their mouth shut and people will create a positive image for them. So many open their mouth and then break the illusion showing how unhinged they are.
- Comment on It genuinely upsets me that Valve spent their time and resources on another Dota variation 5 weeks ago:
I wish they’d at least do some fun story driven coop stuff instead of only pvp stuff. But, I miss the single player days.
- Comment on Splitgate 2 plays great - but its new focus on objective-based 4v4 team games may be a turn off [Eurogamer] 1 month ago:
Their trailer with esports people had me going who even are these people and why would I believe anything coming out of their mouths when they are the equivalent of infomercial sales people with them being paid to be in it. Is it really the best way to market a game?
- Comment on TikTok Stacking Algorithms in Chinese Government’s Favor with Pro-China Content Originating from State-Linked Entities, Study Claims 1 month ago:
Tiktok could make the algorithm and how it functions openly visible so the international community stops criticizing them over it, since how it performs being mysterious is what is making them have to defend itself. All algorithm based social media for that matter.
- Comment on Some subreddits could be paywalled, hints Reddit CEO - 9to5Mac 1 month ago:
I like how companies not being profitable never stops people there from paying themselves millions of dollars.
