It isn't affirmative action; it's just good old fashioned racism. The don't think black women are good enough as lawyers to compete if literally anyone else was considered.
Racism with a smiley face doesn't stop being racism, I don't care how many high paying jobs you dole out because of it.
lol, yeah, the assumption is that black women will never achieve this unless there is someone to make it happen for them.
This might not be entirely untrue.
Especially considering the sort of nepotism that is employed to make it so three of the Justices are Jews.
