Funny the answer was more cops and law enforcement.

Breaking news: people do things less often when they believe they will face consequences
I am not against police reform. We have some cleaning up to do but I am against turning a blind eye to crime. I am against defunding the police.
I want lots of cops, we are professional and highly trained. I don’t want psych aids going to tell about their feelings. You steal, you go to jail.
