I'm actually aware of the OG antiwork writing and, I think ultimately it's for work reform which is ok
basically Bob Black's writing "Abolish Work" or whatever, was against bad working conditions, but acknowledged necessary labor, but just wanted it to be done with a more voluntary spirit
There is a sense of delusion there but also I think a salvagable good message
Some of the commies from antiwork are basically not aligned with thishttps://www.reddit.com/r/OutOfTheLoop/comments/4j1u38/why_does_reddit_love_nuclear_energy_so_much/ anarchist / anarcho-primitivist / individualist / work reform view though and advocate for unrelated harmful things in my view

apparently a workreform subreddit was started or gained in popularity, honestly that's what antiwork really meant by being against "bad work" which they called "work" but were for "play" which included "good work", so hopefully people go more constructively in that direction
nothing wrong with being paid more for work and creating better work conditions, and finding ways to be more productive in order to do so
actually a successful entrepreneur wrote a book on a 20 hour work week that he finds optimal for himself, so some of their ideas are not utopian or unworkable, but some of the proposals are also delusional so hopefully some realistic suggestions can be hashed out and worked on
