The funny thing is, everybody trying to interfere with Joe rogan's podcast is treading on very thin ice.
Let's say that Spotify decides to cancel Joe rogan's podcast after Neil Young says "it's me or him". Neil Young knew that there was a contract between Spotify and Joe Rogan. He's intentionally trying to insert himself between the two of them to cause economic harm to Joe Rogan.
That is tortious interference with a contract, pretty much the dictionary definition.
So let's see what this would actually do: Spotify cancels Joe rogan's contract. Joe rogan's 100 million dollar contract, might I remind you. Joe Rogan goes on to sue Spotify for 100 million dollars. Then, winning handily, he then can turn around and Neil Young and sue him for a hundred million dollars for tortious interference in their contract. I doubt he gets a million bucks, but he probably gets a good chunk of money.
So now Neil Young is broke, Spotify loses a 100 million dollars and one of their top acts, and Joe Rogan just goes down the street to the next company.

The only reason I have Spotify installed is JoeRogan. And I hate the ads. I would pirate the episodes if I knew a good way.
They would cancel a lot of their top artist before they cancel Joe Rogan. >
