Boreing said it was 'no coincidence' that 'cultural gatekeepers' targeted both programs, and specifically conservative values within 'Chip Chilla'
Hey Bill Cosby used to be present a lot. He was America’s Dad. He would even be present when he wasn’t wanted. He would also GIVE presents. Presents of little chemicals in young ladies refreshing drinks. Then he would be present in their lives even when they were unconscious. Isn’t that nice of him? It’s also a very conservative thing to do it seems.

Ugh, so glad I read a boring whiny article to try to understand an even more boring conservative take on a cartoon.
TLDR: the nyt author is peeved at bluey for being comforting and at “chip chilla” for being conservative; the conservative is peeved at the nyt author for being peeved at conservative values.

It is far more notable to me that the NYT is mad at Bluey for having present fathers.
Bluey is also popular among adults in ways that I don't think I've seen it kids cartoons in a long time, people find it somewhat comfy. Maybe there's something wholesome about depicting a nuclear family in entertainment.

Present parents are very wholesome and not weird; that’s what I mean when I complain about the nyt article.
I’m irritated at the nyt author for whining about good parents and role models and irritated at conservatives in general.
It’s a good share, but both of these authors are irritating.
