I don't think Gab is going to grow that much, now with most conserv. celebs moving to GETTR.
But, I personally admired Torba for all the cancellations and persecutions he and his family went through, for the past several years.
From what I understood, GAB was financially a lossmaker for him, at least in the beginning, but he did it for his faith.

Monolithic platforms are a waste of our time.
True distributed platforms are the only way to ensure we get to keep our freedom to speak regardless of what some chump with [admin] next to his name says.

True. Thats why I plan to keep investing time and money into fediverse apps.
In my mind anyone threatening big tech is a positive. Twitter, Facebook, google, apple all have to much power.
