    The agency reiterated in a statement that the supreme court had “found that there was ample evidence on which a properly directed jury could have convicted Tom Hayes and Carlo Palombo”.

    So they’re likely guilty, there were just procedural errors in their trials.

      These were just tiny pawns in a huge, systemic system of corruption that implicate senior figures at several major banks, the Bank of England and the FCA. None of whom have seen any material punishment.
