The US has already grown used to the horror caused by abortion bans. And Republicans have sought to quash the stories
It’s just not the popular narrative now. People, in aggregate, tend to go with what’s presented to them and what’s trending, and abortion isn’t trending in algorithmic feeds:
The reason is that politicians aren’t bringing up abortion, and that’s because both parties know that the next action would be to “solve” the “problem” but passing federal legislation either banning or legalizing it nationwide, which removes it as an issue that they can campaign on.

Personally, I support the right to an abortion. Democrats could crush pushing a national law allowing abortion, but they focus on stupid topics instead.
