Universities adding the word "Basic"to the course just to deceive you

  “Basic” or “Fundamentals” is the name of the series of courses you start from. They are still university courses on advanced subjects.

  The more advanced courses often don’t have a name you can recognize. So you don’t notice that the list goes on.
