You have the right to pursue happiness.
Tired of vaxtards saying they have a right not to be sick. Everyone gets sick. In America we promise the pursuit of happiness. Not a lifetime of not getting sick. We wouldn't sell fructose corn syrup if that was the case.

saw a viral video that mentioned courts have upheld a decision early last century about mandating polio vaccines, which then was used to justify a court decision for a court ordered sterilization some years forward - this is the danger of such precedents
The thing is though too that freedom can often accommodate these people who want to "play it safe" - they can have businesses that mask up or are drive-thru or something - what they want is to prevent others from being able to do much of anything at all, since we haven't eradicated sickness in general and so anytime a person goes out they might then unknowingly infringe upon the health of others.
I feel like there's a legal name for allowing some overlap in public spaces, some strawmen against libertarianism have been created at times like with saying your tree's leaves couldn't go on other people's lawn or you couldn't have a fire on your property because smoke might go elsewhere, etc.
