If somebody is prepared to allow lawyers to search their emails then there isn’t really any point searching the emails since you already know there’s nothing in there that’s incriminating.
They seem to have got to the stage of the lawsuit where they just start throwing things at the wall to see what sticks, which usually means they don’t actually have anything material to use.
I see. I think it’s good though that Sadiq is willing to contest this legal case, when the UK’s right-wing politicians probably would have rolled over a long time ago if they were offered some kind of financial reward.

Palantir, however, is refusing to allow their internal documents to be searched. Even though Khan and other custodians have agreed.
