Lol like a week after. I fixed it myself. But what if someone had a non fixable issue it would take a month to get a reply?
I already mentioned that I was recently added, did I not?
Also, please do not assume that because a particular issue did not get addressed quickly that NO issues get addressed.

They’re acknowledging that people are busy, and instead of being demanding they’re offering help.
