  Okay, no. Calling the bs right now.

  First, that’s not merch. That’s one of her most famous costumes from the You Belong with Me music video. Just to get that out of the way, it’s not available for sale anywhere.

  Second the city projected it on the christo redentor while she’s performing live there. For fun. Similar to how the mayor of Glendale named the city Swift City for the day or Vegas lit up the arches as her albums.

      Literally the people who live there disagree with you. To them it shows reverence, and a pastor is the one who had the idea.

      Yeah, I’m gonna go with the literal pastor and overseer of the statue to determine if it’s sacrilegious. I’d suggest you look internally to figure out why you think it is when church leaders don’t even think it is.

      Did the city charge for access to it? Did Taylor profit on it? Who profited from it?? Taylor already sold all of her tickets, the shows were happening, the money was already made.
