    It would be nice to make public transport accessible just because it’s the right thing to do, not to try and extract money out of disabled people…

      Yes, but they also need to persuade the selfish or right-wing parts of the government and population that it’s okay to do this.

      I think it is a significant thing that many things. I mean almost all I come across. Of accessibility spending really helps everyone. Those curbs that slope down are nice if you have a wagon or a cart or a stroller. The additional audio for lights have likely reduced a few times where people get all absent minded while crossing. There are times when you could use a little private space like changing for an interview that the handicapped stall helps a lot. I 100% want to renovate where I live for handicap compatibility like big flip light switches for many places I have lived.
