Title kinda says it all. Will be running offline on a windows 10 laptop.
Currently using GPS Track Editor 1.15.141. It gets the job done but wondering if there is something better.

It is with great sadness that I must report that the software can only open one .gpx file at a time. Therefore, merging multiple .gpx files seems to be an impossibility.

I merged two gpx files with that software. You open the first and then sort of append the other
