Some people are virgins and don’t start dating until they’re 21, 22, or 23. Why is this? And isn’t this super, super weird?
Because they either have bad social skills, have overbearing parents, or just don’t want to. It’s not weird you are just making it weird.

“Dating” feels very USA centric in my mind.
Over here, it’s more like friends or coworkers who grow close or random meetings at a party or something I guess. Then theres a few coffee or dinner dates but more often than not you’ll hang out at home. There’s the kissing and cuddling part, then usually once sex happens and texting throughout the day it slowly goes official and maybe a talk but the idea of seeing different people and scheduling regular dates for months is weird to me.

I can only speak for myself. I was not intersted in anyone that was interested in me before.
I do not think dating late or not dating entirely is weird at all.
Let people decide who, when and where they love without judging them. There are thousands of reasons to not do it the same way our society dictates it to us.
Well that depends on the context of their lives. Maybe it’s hard to find a partner, maybe they’re career, maybe they don’t have the confidence yet to start, maybe they don’t want to be tied down etc

Personally I don’t even understand the entire concept of dating. Makes way more sense to just get together and Relationship Upgrade with friends you already know, trust and know you like.
