In this day and age, why are we still using these horrible packing peanuts? These aren’t even the dissolvable ones.
The cherry on the cake? This is the side of the box.
Ordered a tiny credit card sized part on Amazon, it came in an enormous box that you could fit a car wheel in…and the box printing said “Now made with less material”. So maybe it equalled out.

So, a lot of packing peanuts are made of cornstarch now - you can melt them with water.
If you ever get a box that claims eco friendly, but is full of packing peanuts, try putting a few in water and squishing them before getting angry!
If they don’t fall apart, get even angier.

Yeah as I said these are the plastic ones, not dissolvable. Those starch ones are fairly neat.
