U.S. District Judge Waverly Crenshaw granted Abrego Garcia’s effort to dismiss the criminal charges on the ground that the Justice Department’s prosecution was vindictive.

You know what, I’m pretty sure he was guilty of what he was accused of, but this is a fair explanation for dropping the charges.

  Those were just added so they could try anything that could potentially stick. Not a single accusation against Garcia has been in good faith.
