This sort of Russian punishment which we’ve come to know of Russia appears to be cropping up in the UK instead, which makes me wonder why the UK is any better in the first place. Isn’t the whole argument that Russia is the corrupt one and the UK isn’t? Well played…

I am surprised there hasn’t been more uproar about this. I only heard about this whilst listening to Novara Live, and I worry about the precedent it sets when someone who hasn’t been found guilty of committing a crime, can be stripped of their birth citizenship. To make matters worse, the government refuses to disclose the reason:
