Are there any skins or graphics changes for factorio? I love the game but the graphics colors hurt my eyes and cause strain. Any mods for making it looks different?

There are a few HD-graphics mods. Nothing really canging the art style though.

And I’m just here having gotten them game for free, tried it (like really gave it a chance) and didn’t click with it. I wish I could gift it somehow, I’d be so happy to give it to someone who yearns for it but can’t afford it.
