  Stem had a lot of questionable content back in the day. To him and his audience this was just some crazy lady that was cosplaying as the underdog and they felt fine ridiculing her.

    Well I said “autistic” because she was diagnosed with Asperger’s (now known as a form of autism) back in the mid-2000s.
