It's incredibly well put together, feels heavy.
The phone fits perfectly into it. It looks like a PDA from the 90s.
As of today, 24 hours into owning it, the keys are a bit sticky, the tolerances for the keys are very tight. I don't think it'll be a problem long-term.
There's a button on the side which activates or deactivates a battery in the keyboard. It charges the phone while it is active.
The keyboard doesn't work if your kernel is too old. I upgraded from 5.10 to 5.15 and it started working for me.
For me, it makes the phone a new device, and a device that's interesting and useful for me, whereas a poor impersonation of an android phone is of no use or interest to me. I've got it set up as an x11 device running gnome, and instead of running mobile apps, I'm generally running desktop applications such as full power web browsers. I've bought a bluetooth mouse, I'll be interested in seeing how new use cases evolve.
