The post above was specifically calling out the ever present and flagrant corruption, the link is to a guardian live post about that also. Your top level comment doesn’t address the subject matter of the post at all.

The link seems to be for one of the items (or pages) of the live blog, not the live blog itself, so anyone that opens it doesn’t see the latest updates. I’m not sure if this link will always be the most recent items.
