Wrong link or smth? I didnt see them mention source code on there. But theres this repo with no source code but filled with executables and binaries: https://github.com/JordyK8/UnrealEngine-release

I guess one could argue if signing up to see the source code makes it open source or not. But besides that Unreal Engine is a great example that open source software is not necessarily free software (as defined by FSF).
