I think what you mean is “how do vegetarians reconcile swallowing cum with being vegetarian?” The answer is consent. Animals cannot consent to giving milk or being slaughtered. When a person receives oral sex, they consent to giving an orgasm.

One of my most vivid memories from college 8s being at a vegan party and walking into a room with a giant poster (with accompanying image) reading “Vegans can still eat BEAVER”.
