Loooooool. Democrats finally have someone willing to turn just a little bit of the Republicans’ own tactics against them, and they’re already whining about it. If Congress (state or federal) doesn’t like they laws she’s abusing, they can get off their asses and fucking DO something about it. See how well it goes over with New Yorkers when they lower prices for shit, and enforce consumer rights, and Congress tries to pass laws to undo it.

I agree with you on political principle here. I support limited government. The Republican party pretends to support limited government.
Even here, best believe they won't do much of anything to actually stop Lina Khan, although they might complain about her.
