This seems like quite interesting game, kind of like combination of stalker and extraction shooters.
I tried the demo and it seems promising but it has several problems:
-lethality is crazy I couldnt make it out even once. The pve threats alone are really deadly. Then on top of that you have to deal with other players, while damage recieved from bullets is like in tarkov, so you will die really fast if someone shoots at you. You find a lot of loot, but i have no idea how valuable it is as i cant get out with it.
There are also A LOT of pve monsters, and ai controlled humans too on top of everything.
-anticheat malfunctions It keeps kicking me for doing nothing wrong while apparently real cheaters seem to be able to play without problems, at least according to people on forums complaining about cheaters. Maybe it just discriminates against me for using linux. Though it did allow me to play multiple rounds before it started kicking me. Now it kicks me as soon as i join the round.
-bad rumours According to some forum posts and reviews there have been bought reviews or something like that. Frankly i dont see the need for them as the game would stand on its own as it is, so i dont know how trustworthy such rumours are. Still, people are posting them so
Good things i noticed: -the game is quite unique
Enemies are not your average zombies or whatever gribblies they always put in games. So far i have seem these twisted invisible things that warp around, some corrupted looking people that mope around until you aggro them and then they also teleport at you, but in different manner than the invisible one. I have also heard there is some statue like enemies that work like scp-173 / weeping angel, and according to the mission enemy list, there are bunch of other monsters too. There is also these flowermen, who are basically human shaped things that blend in with vegetation really well. They just run around you and hit you and are generally awful even if there is just one.
The environment is quite nice. it looks good and has all kinds of anomalies visible in the distance. There are also these gravity zones which turns your center of gravity, so you can walk on walls or ceilings.
-gameplay feels nice
Actions feel smooth and i didnt notice any jankiness. Looting is nice and easy, no inventory tertris either, though i think i would prefer that over having to calculate volumes of items.
Shooting would be nice, if the mobs werent such bullet sponges. But hopefully they will adjust the balance on that.
There is also this nice system that is like scavenger system in tarkov, so you can use free random loadout to go in mission with. Not sure if you can keep it if you make it out. It does say “rent”, so maybe not.
There is a safe pocket item too, though you dont get it in with rented gear.
Here is the mission select screen: Image
I havent been able to exlore the map very much.
It also doesnt let you exit until you have completed at least one mission, though just exploring enough also counts for that.
There are a lot of systems that feel a bit confusing at the start, as game has extremely bareboned tutorial. Once you are in the main hub, there are bunch of things there that you just have to find out yourself how to use.
there is also somekind of faction pvp thing going on. Missions for that look like your basic pvp maps with capture points and such.
So there seems to be a lot going on for this game, i really hope they fix the damn anticheat. I would add some pictures of the actual game, if it allowed me to stay in the round for longer than few seconds.

yeah, the ai enemies are crazy, though having pve threat more dangerous than players is good thing imo, it limits the pvp a bit since people have to be wary. But if its unfairly dangerous then its just annoying since you cant survive at all.
I liked the movement, though it could be better too.

The flowermen are strangely difficult to kill compared to others, and there's always a swarm of the most of the time.
