  Bureaucracy will protect the station staff.

  The driver then got the ramp out, allowing Mr Kaplowitz and his four friends to board the train, and comforted the group. The train departed six minutes late.

  Common sense hero right there.

  If this keeps happening then there’s a failure in training or information to station staff, I can’t imagine they’re making this up out of nowhere.

  Also, this is a really nice site - no bullshit cookie banner, no newsletter dialog, clean, easy to read site.
