    That's the (loud, obnoxious) alarm that everyone's cellphone gets when the city sends an emergency text alert. He didn’t need to start the video with that, though.

      Yea I know, it’s different when it’s on phot and different when you watch a video on your phone and this pop-up without a disclaimer.
