For gas? I haven’t heard of anything changing, we are still reliant on Russia so I can’t see why we would t have winter shortages.

That's not a very high proportion that was coming from Russia even before the invasion.
Maybe demand for Norwegian gas has increased due to other countries that did import a lot from Russia wanting to import from Norway.
