    Good. Now force the developers to build more apartments for families instead of 2 bed 2 bath for international students.

    Apartments living is great but there just isn’t any affordable 3 and 4 bedroom apartments so families have to move to the outer burbs. It sucks

      Legitimately would commit heinous, unspeakable acts if it would give us access to a 4 bed, 3 bath apartment with an extra room for a home office in Oakleigh at an affordable price.

        I’m sick of mowing though. I want apartment life back though but I’m not rich enough to live in an apartment that fits a family of 5. Let the old farts have their lawns

    With 16 storeys being the tallest proposed for the bayside suburb of Hampton,

    At Middle Brighton, […] the proposed maximum height will be 12 storeys.

    …As a former bayside resident who grew up lower income I am fucking pishing here. Although tbh Hampton street is already getting loaded wall to wall.
