    Police said there would be a “significant” police presence throughout the city, including the Public Order and Riot Squad, mounted police and Highway and Traffic Control officers.

    Probably not worth getting a bingo card going. I doubt there will be any real instigation from protesters, even by any very fringe groups (a bridge is just begging to get kettled), and given the court decision and general audience I doubt the police will pick this time to instigate either, but after cops previously punching protesters in the head and trampling them with horses, I honestly wouldn’t be too surprised.

      Of course, there have been arrests at the bridge for longer than it’s been open.
