Goddamn this case is messy. There is a few pieces of damning evidence and clues against her (her not intervening when a baby was struggling to breathe, deaths on the ward only when she was around), but I can definitely understand the nurses who are already pushed to the extremes of their working lives feeling terrified that all deaths can be pinned on them, and not the higher ups who should be ultimately taking the responsibility

I agree we need accountability at higher levels. When you look into the evidence against her there's a fuckton, and the high up actions are horrifying. There really was an active cover up and the inquiry has revealed how bad it was.
