    Thank god our wonderful privately owned water companies are so good and efficient and forward thinking and have planned ahead for a growing population and drying climate and built extra capacity and have invested in eliminating leaks and waste and improved the sewage trameatment system right?

    The profit motive is literally the only possible way you could get an organisation to be so efficient!

      It’s fine though: They’ve just asked for freedom from liability. And I’m sure they’re going to use that power to build a reservoir or something…
