    What do you think “I don’t know if I have to follow the constitution” mean?

    Motherfucker spent over a decade screaming that the last two Dem presidents weren’t following the constitution, but now he’s not sure if the president is bound by it?

    They just don’t know what they can get away with and are willing to try anything to test the waters.
