not to mention the millions of man hours across every federal office wasted having meetings, writing memos, discussing communication and publicity changes, travel cancellations, etc… in other words, tens of millions of dollars in LOST PRODUCTIVITY… all because a petulant incompetent nazi oligarch thinks he knows better how the entire government should be run.
