  It’s not a goddamn business. It’s a public service provided by the government.

  It doesn’t need to be ran like a business. In fact running it like a business has only made.it shittier. Because that’s how businesses work. Cut corners. Buy cheaper shit. Make a slower worse customer experience at a higher and higher cost. That’s business.

  Fuck. Business.

  This whole line of thinking is insane.
