What deadlines? Squadron 42 was supposed to release in 2016…
That ship has sailed.
- Comment on Apple urged to axe AI feature after creating false headline claiming that Lugi shot himself 4 hours ago:
What dumbass is letting AI post articles without human oversight? That’s like rule one of what not to do.
- Comment on Frostpunk creators cancel "Project 8" and lay off staff amid concerns that "narrative-driven, story-rich games" don't sell 1 day ago:
Did we already forget that BG3 existed like once year later…?
- Comment on They're trying to charge Luigi with terrorism! Imagine that! 2 days ago:
I mean, terrorism is just politically motivated violence.
This country was founded by terrorists.
- Comment on [deleted] 2 days ago:
Sure, I guess post-secondary is the term usually used
- Comment on [deleted] 2 days ago:
Because Reagan defunded public secondary education. And then instead of fixing that in the late 90s/early 00s, they made school loans non expungable and federally guaranteed, so schools didn’t need to keep their process know and competitive anymore.
It always goes back to Reagan…
- Comment on They're trying to charge Luigi with terrorism! Imagine that! 2 days ago:
No it’s not. They don’t fill the same story niche. And you’re human too, regardless of what your calls for calls for attention say.

I have a problem with dragons. They’re overused to the point of being boring
- Comment on The Two Genders 3 days ago:
These people didn’t play Witcher 3. It’s mostly right wing rage bait podcasts. They’ll move on to a different side thing to be mad about in a few days.
- Comment on [deleted] 5 days ago:
Some stupid ideas should just be kept to yourself.
- Comment on [deleted] 5 days ago:
You’re looking at it all wrong.
You’re letting yourself get pushed around. The parents have their priorities figured out. They know work isn’t their life. You should stop trying to narc on other people and stand up for your own self.
Having kids you have absolutely unbreakable obligations. Work shit can wait. You’ll learn that eventually.
- Comment on Hey is Sharing Luigi’s Manifesto on Social Media Actually "Glorifying Violence"? Because Reddit Said So 😭 5 days ago:
Reddit also thinks appealing a ridiculous van is harassment, so not exactly the brightest bulbs over there.
- Comment on As the Canada "tax holiday" starts, Walmart increased the price of an item by the amount I would have saved 6 days ago:
Sites like these are why amazon has been using more coupons at check out instead of straight discounts. Messes with the price tracking
- Comment on Some disabled workers are making pennies per hour. Will that change under Trump? 1 week ago:
Yeah, it’ll probably decrease
- Comment on RFK Jr.’s Lawyer Has Asked the FDA to Revoke Polio Vaccine Approval 1 week ago:
Absolutely asinine
- Comment on NBC News Does Entire Piece Trying To Link CEO Shooting To ‘Violent Video Game’ 1 week ago:
Boomers’ children are grown ass adults with their own kids now. Those parents are the ones who grew up playing games. This dumbass narrative doesn’t play anymore
- Comment on Thought we wouldn't notice, but we did. 1 week ago:
You can share YouTube links that start at a specific time.
But luckily this was the most replayed part of the video so it was easy to find
- Comment on Will Republicans try another Federal Right to Work attempt? 1 week ago:
They prevent you from having to join a union to work at a company. And you don’t have to pay dues either.
You can effectively benefit from the unions bargaining without supporting the union - which if enough people do that kills the union (the goal of the law).

Being tangential to the overall topic doesn’t mean you’re addressing the actual main point of this thread
- Comment on Biden’s Paranoid Pardons and Leftist Morality 1 week ago:
It’s not paranoia when the guy about to take power is publicly talking about mailing his political opponents…
What is this bullshit?
- Comment on Mitochondria 1 week ago:
None of this line of questioning is related to this thread in a any way.
- Comment on Mitochondria 1 week ago:
Yes.
We don’t need even more antivax idiots due to a complete lack of biology being taught in schools.
- Comment on If billionaires and CEOs feel like they need to start paying for large security details, would that be an example of trickle down economics? 1 week ago:
Instead of broken windows needing replacement, we have broken CEOs needing protection. Causing destruction as a way to “spur the economy” isn’t really a productive thing.
- Comment on If billionaires and CEOs feel like they need to start paying for large security details, would that be an example of trickle down economics? 1 week ago:
No, this is effectively the Broken Window Fallacy - a debunked theory where it proposed that breaking windows (or similar) stimulates the economy because it would cause people to buy new windows and pay for the installation. But it doesn’t work like that. It’s just a drain on the local economy.
- Comment on Biden will leave office as the 'worst president' in modern memory 1 week ago:
This only works if your memory is shorter than 4 years
- Comment on Mitochondria 1 week ago:
School systems set the path, and it’s pretty standardized when these subjects get taught. They wait until kids get more math skills for physics classes to take place, meaning the less math heavy subjects go first, like bio and earth science.
- Comment on Mitochondria 1 week ago:
Unless you take AP, where they wouldn’t be harping on this particular line about mitochondria, yes. One year of bio.
- Comment on Mitochondria 1 week ago:
I understood the point, I agree with that. I wasn’t commenting on that part
- Comment on Mitochondria 1 week ago:
Bio is like a freshman/sophomore course. If you’re taking it senior year, you’re already behind in life
- Comment on Mitochondria 1 week ago:
This is what used to be taught in home economics class. Now it’s just sewing and baking.
Knowing math isn’t always enough to navigate the oft poorly written tax forms.
