Taco Bell started scamming people a long time ago by charging more for their “food” and primarily giving you lettuce and a shell.
If I order, and pay extra for a GRILLED CHICKEN soft taco, I don’t want .1oz of chicken, 3oz of lettuce, and 6 thin pieces of shredded cheese.
I swore that place off years ago even though WAS one of the fast food joints I would visit on occasion.

That’s not a scam, that’s just a stupid computer system.
Scams are intentional.

You didn’t review your order before submitting, the fact that the customizations were missing was clearly visible before you agreed to purchase.
From a Customer Service perspective, they probably should have from the start, but you are not in the right here. You threatening legal action just makes you an ass.

Threatening legal action for incorrect customizations is fuckin wild.

Yeah, because they had the brains to figure out that a $5 taco isn’t worth going to court over.
