According to SD1One’s video (not the one I linked), driving mechanics are simplified (no collision, winch only on scout vehicles, no fuel).
UI looks pretty bad. I hope they’ll be changing a lot of this stuff.

Not a fan of limiting winch to only scout, I guess driving the rigs will be more important. Being able to stack a mountain of cargo in the back is fun though
