Are you using a shell replacement for the XP style titlebars and taskbar?
Calmira was pretty impressive for a taskbar-based shell, but I don’t recall doing a titlebar swap.

Yep, it’s Windows 3.11 with Calmira XP shell, complete with all the mods and fixings to look almost identical to XP. Including the titlebar buttons, startup and shutdown screens, sound effects, wallpapers, and even an alternate version with the Energy Bliss glass style Start button.
Also, Space Cadet Pinball runs on it too!

According to some user-submitted screenshot on Calmira’s website, you can use PatchDrv to replace the bitmaps of the titlebar buttons.

Not sure who downvoted you, but you’re absolutely right 👍

Not just the window title but also partially buttons and the scrollbar.
Was Window Blinds already available for windows 3.1?

Not quite. Calmira XP shell, plus numerous other 3rd party hacks and mods.

Its probably just winXP running in a VM.

They say it’s windows 3.11 in the post. 😅

Nope, that’s legit Windows 3.11, with Calmira XP shell and all the mods, fixings and dressings to look almost exactly like XP.
