  Director Mike Figgis, who shot a behind the scenes doc on the set of “Megalopolis” described the film as “Julius Caesar meets Blade Runner" and that the runtime would be around 2 hours

  Sounds like a lifelong dream to make this movie and he’s making it happen. The spike lee comment was terrible like a text from a tween

  For a moment I was confusing it for the cancelled Apple show Metropolis…I was really looking forward to that. But now I know this movie exists and am excited for it. I love original epic sci-fi!
