    No masses of citizens are afraid of Luigi…
    
    Many are afraid of being denied healthcare by people who make rules specifically designed to deny their ability to get healthcare after paying out the ass for it. They aren’t even health professionals and they can someone claim they know more.

    The best thing about terrorism is how much more strongly you support your government in fighting terrorism. Soldiers would be more susceptible to either psychological programming in support of terrorism, or psychological programming fostering instability and rage. Policy is manufactured from such incidents.
