Alright I'll do it. But I'm gonna complain the whole time.

Idk how people just walk around without going somewhere purposefully in the UK, you will just get rained on and constantly have to cross the road, but at the same time it beats using the treadmill at the gym. I want to do this but its always raining.

It’s sunny where I live but I need to stay home for other reasons. I finally got an under-desk treadmill and put it facing a window, with the option of watching my laptop screen. The desktop serves the purpose of being grabbable if I lose balance. Not only don’t I have to face the elements, I don’t give a shit what I look like. Sweaty af, no bra, old holey clothing, flabby old sagging skin, no worries. No uneven pavement either. I’ve never found exercise to do a damn thing for my mental health, but it’s necessary for physical health. And at least I’m not worried about twisting an ankle a mile from home.

Yeah so the end of summer is the worst time to get mental health issues.
Therapists be like ‘yeah walks are good just be careful not to drown on your way out the front door’
