  Gonna be a lot of finger pointing if this file is as damaging as these sources are claiming it is. Why was he allowed to stay in Congress?

    Well, I don’t think many people know the details, and investigations are usually slow. If the investigation isn’t concluded, he’s not technically guilty. I’m not surprised he was and still is allowed to stay in Congress.
