This is cool; but for portrait mode, consider putting buttons on the side of the phone. So you “play” the phone kinda like a trumpet or something when you type in portrait. It’d obviously be meant for one-handed use, but it’d potentially be cool. I can’t see myself using a device like that to type because I’m too used to using the touch-screen keyboard, but I could see myself using it as macros (press a button launch an app, scroll up/down, swap to a specific app, etc).
