  The fact that the top line there is in RUSSIAN–meaning that the person posting this defaults to Russian language in their browser (it translates to “Watch your favorite videos, listen to your favorite songs, upload your own videos, and share them with friends, family, and the world”, it’s literally YouTube advertising itself in OP’s language)–should tell you everything you need to know about the poster and their intent.
